**Job Description: Salesman for Industrial Items Used in Plywood Manufacturing and Fabrication**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Sales and Business Development:

- Identify potential customers and develop a sales strategy to target and acquire new clients in the plywood manufacturing and fabrication industry.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers, understand their needs, and proactively offer suitable industrial products.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer demands, and competitor activities.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales plans and strategies.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the plywood manufacturing and fabrication industry.
- Understand customer requirements and provide technical assistance and product recommendations.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.

3. Sales Administration:

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Negotiate sales terms, pricing, and payment options within established company guidelines.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any delivery or quality issues.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the sales manager.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the plywood manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of the plywood manufacturing industry, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school or diploma required or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Technical knowledge and understanding of the manufacturing processes involved in plywood production and fabrication.
