
Montessori Teacher

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the Montessori method to guide children through key developmental
milestones, including practical life skills, sensorial exploration, language
development, and early mathematics.
- Create a prepared classroom environment that encourages independence, self
- directed learning, and respect for the learning process.
- Observe each child’s individual needs, interests, and progress, providing appropriate guidance and support to help them grow intellectually, emotionally, and socially.
- Facilitate learning through a variety of Montessori materials and activities that
promote creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
- Foster a calm, respectful, and nurturing atmosphere in the classroom, where children feel valued, safe, and free to explore their interests at their own pace.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on the child’s progress and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure alignment with the
school’s overall educational philosophy and goals.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by school leadership.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Any Graduation, and Montessori trained
Experience: Previous work experience of 2+ years is preferable.
**Skills**:
- A deep understanding of child development and the principles of the Montessori
method.
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for early childhood education, with the ability to
connect with young children and foster a supportive learning environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain a well-ordered and stimulating learning environment.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
