**Job Summary**:
Daisy Montessori is looking for a passionate and dedicated **Montessori/Preschool Teacher** to nurture and educate children aged **2 to 7 years**. The teacher will follow the **school’s curriculum**, incorporating Montessori principles to support each child's **cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create a **nurturing and engaging** learning environment for children.
- Plan and implement **age-appropriate lessons and activities** following the Montessori philosophy and school curriculum.
- Foster **independence, creativity, and problem-solving skills** in children.
- Guide children in **practical life skills, language development, early math concepts, and sensory learning**.
- Observe and assess each child’s progress, maintaining detailed records of their development.
- Communicate effectively with **parents and caregivers** to keep them informed about their child's learning journey.
- Ensure a **safe and clean classroom** environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Support children's **social and emotional development** by teaching patience, cooperation, and conflict resolution.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Diploma or Certification in Montessori Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.**:

- Prior **experience working with young children (2-7 years)** in a preschool or Montessori setting.
- Strong understanding of **child development and age-appropriate teaching methods**.
- Excellent **communication and classroom management skills**.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for **nurturing young minds**.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
