Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients to generate leads and sales.
- Follow up on existing leads and inquiries.
- Explain product or service details to potential customers and answer their questions.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact information.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and complete information regarding products or services.
- Report feedback and customer concerns to the management team.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to team goals.Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service (1-2 years
preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM software.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
