**Job Profile**

As a **Telecaller** at **KarpetArea**, you will be responsible for generating leads, following up with potential buyers, and assisting the sales team in closing real estate deals. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing information about properties and helping to maintain strong customer relationships.

**Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain property details.

Follow up on inquiries and maintain a lead database.

Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

Provide accurate information regarding pricing, amenities, and project details.

Maintain good relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Meet daily and weekly call targets and contribute to overall sales goals.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling or real estate sales.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

Ability to handle client queries professionally.

High energy, positive attitude, and a customer-focused mindset.

**Qualification**:
Graduate or equivalent education preferred.
