
Export Documentation Executive

Prepare all export documentation for agrochemical products.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with customs, freight forwarders, and clients to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve any issues related to export documentation and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of all export documentation for audit purposes.
- Stay updated on changes in export regulations and update processes accordingly.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in export documentation within the agrochemical industry or similar.
- Thorough knowledge of international trade regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
