**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**:

- Develop and deliver interactive lessons covering essential computer skills such as MS-Paint, Notepad, WordPad, MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and internet navigation.
- Adapt training materials to cater to the diverse learning styles of students.
- Create a dynamic and engaging classroom environment to ensure students remain engaged and motivated throughout the course.
- **Skill Development**:

- Help students develop core skills such as typing, file management, and basic computer troubleshooting.
- Provide practical demonstrations and hands-on sessions to ensure learners gain real-world computer skills.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Regularly assess student progress through tests, assignments, and practical tasks.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help learners improve and build confidence in their abilities.
- **Support and Guidance**:

- Offer one-on-one support to students who require extra help or have specific challenges.
- Create an encouraging and inclusive classroom environment to motivate students to succeed.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in basic computer skills and educational technology.
- Engage in professional development programs to improve teaching techniques and methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Basic Computer Trainer.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to teach diverse learners effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and the MS Office suite.
- A genuine passion for teaching and empowering others through technology.
- Ability to engage students and foster an interactive and positive learning environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
