**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Build a Plan to achieve annual revenue and Margin targets.
- Develop monetizable properties in the activations space and drive implementation based on market opportunities.
- Provide direction to the Activations team by developing, implementing, and monitoring the progress of the yearly, quarterly, and monthly plans.
- Build relationships with Key Clients
- Train team members to sell existing & new properties.
- Drive team members to the achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
- Build an atmosphere for collaborative team efforts.
- Facilitate smooth cross-functional interactions for the team
- Graduate with 2 - 5 years of experience in sales (Experience in events background a plus).
- Understanding of Brand Marketing, Consumer Marketing & Experiential marketing.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office
