**About this role**
- The role acts as the central personnel across the different teams/stakeholders involved across the different processes within the BTGS entity being managed. In addition this team acts as business support advisors for various improvement activities around management of Telco costs.
- A part of the role is to identify best practices and implement in the immediate process.
- Coordinate with various in countries for Cost Assurance and ensure data accuracy

**You'll have the following responsibilities**
- Responsible for Designing, Code construction, Testing, Documentation activities and Code Deployment
- Involve in Analysis, design, development, testing and deployment of code on various server like Prod, test, dev.
- Expert in Oracle PL/SQL and MS VBA skills
- SQL Application Enhancements for 3rd Party Suppliers for Data and Voice circuits.
- Downloading and Managing Invoices from Portal for Voice and Data circuits
- Ensure process compliance with BT Group policies and controls
- Resolve Telco Issue by contacting AP team, checking PDF file & portal reports
- Address Queries/all requirements for invoice/SQL module
- Acknowledge all queries timely and resolution of discrepancies within TAT accurately and appropriately.
- Ensure understanding of TEMS tool/ Ordering systems
- Process improvement and adherence to the quality standards

**You'll have the following skills & experience**

**Experience and Professional Qualifications**
- Graduate in any stream
- Expert in Database query writing,PL/SQL and VBA skills with 2+ years of experience
- Preferable working experience in TEMS tool / Ordering system / Inventory Process
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work within a larger team
- Able to work independently to proactively resolve issues
- Able to identify and implement best practices and improve the processes continuously.
- Flexible, Ability to work accurately to tight timeframes

**Core competencies and knowledge**
- Good knowledge of SQL server.
- Database Administration.
- VBA code construction.
- Link Table creation on MS access and System Workflow
- Advanced Data Analytics
- Data Reconciliation techniques
- Advanced SQL Queries
