**Key Responsibilities:1. Drawing Study & Interpretation**:

- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Understand GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) for precision fitting.
- Identify and analyze material requirements and fabrication processes.

**2. Fabrication & Assembly**:

- Perform metal fabrication, including cutting, grinding, welding, and machining.
- Assemble mechanical components per engineering specifications.
- Ensure proper alignment, fitting, and bolting/welding of parts.

**3. Fitting & Setting**:

- Conduct precise fitting and setting of components for smooth operation.
- Check and verify tolerances using measuring instruments like verniers, micrometers, and dial gauges.
- Adjust and align parts to ensure the correct fit before final assembly.

**4. Press Shop Operations**:

- Operate and maintain mechanical and hydraulic press machines.
- Set up dies, tools, and fixtures for pressing operations.
- Inspect and test finished components for accuracy and defects.

**5. Jig Boring & Machining**:

- Operate jig boring machines to achieve high-precision hole drilling.
- Set up and calibrate jigs and fixtures for machining operations.
- Work with tight tolerances in tool and die manufacturing.

**6. Quality & Safety Compliance**:

- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure components meet design specifications.
- Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and regulations.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
