**Job Title**: Real Estate Sales Executive

**Location**: Gurgaon

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.
- Understand clients’ requirements and guide them in making informed property decisions.
- Conduct site visits, property presentations, and explain project details effectively.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or relevant field (preferred).
- 1-4 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client-handling and presentation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
