**Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching**: Delivering lectures, conducting interactive sessions, and providing comprehensive explanations of topics covered in the JEE syllabus, including Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
- **Curriculum Development**: Designing and developing study materials, lesson plans, and assignments aligned with the JEE syllabus and exam pattern.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Creating assessments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate students' understanding of concepts and track their progress. Providing constructive feedback to help students improve.
- **Mentoring and Counseling**: Providing academic guidance, mentorship, and counseling to students to help them navigate challenges, set goals, and stay motivated throughout their JEE preparation journey.
- **Mock Tests and Practice Sessions**: Organizing mock tests and practice sessions to simulate exam conditions, enhance students' time management skills, and build confidence for the actual exam.
- **Staying Updated**: Keeping abreast of the latest developments in the JEE exam pattern, syllabus revisions, and changes in question formats to ensure that teaching materials and strategies remain relevant and effective.
- **Parent Communication**: Communicating regularly with parents to update them on their child's progress, address concerns, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices, develop innovative teaching strategies, and contribute to the overall improvement of the institution's JEE coaching program.

**Qualifications**:

- **Teaching Experience**: Prior experience in teaching or tutoring students preparing for competitive exams like JEE is highly preferred. Experience in coaching institutes or educational institutions specializing in JEE preparation is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively explaining complex concepts and engaging with students from diverse backgrounds.
- **Passion for Teaching**: A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students, along with the ability to inspire and motivate them to achieve their academic goals.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility and adaptability to adjust teaching strategies and approaches based on students' learning styles, strengths, and weaknesses.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Proficiency in problem-solving techniques and the ability to teach students how to approach and solve complex problems effectively.
- **Technology Skills**: Familiarity with educational technologies and tools used for online teaching, conducting virtual classes, and creating interactive learning materials.
- **Commitment and Dedication**: A strong commitment to student success, along with the dedication to go the extra mile to ensure that students receive the support and guidance they need to excel in the JEE exam.

**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
