**Responsibilities**:

- Handle Physics classes for students of grades 9th to 12th, specializing in JEE Mains/Advance and NEET preparation.
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive lectures that cater to diverse learning styles
- Develop and implement comprehensive study materials, including assignments, and mock tests.
- Evaluate student performance through regular assessments and provide personalized feedback.
- Mentor and guide students to overcome academic challenges and achieve their full potential.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the field of Physics education.
- Actively participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in the classroom and within the academy.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Master's degree in Physics** or a related field from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience teaching Physics to students of grades 9th to 12th.
- Proven track record of success in preparing students for competitive exams like **JEE Mains/ Advance and NEET-UG**:

- Strong understanding of Physics concepts and the ability to explain them clearly and concisely.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to create and maintain a positive and motivating learning environment.
- Proficient in using technology for educational purposes, including online platforms and learning management systems.
- **Own laptop pentab required.**
