Role Description:
The Motion Graphic Designer cum Video Editor will collaborate closely with our marketing and content teams to create high-quality visual content that aligns with brands and supports our clients' marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Produce and edit engaging video content, including reels, promotional videos, and social media content.
- Perform video colour grading and typography to enhance video quality.
- Collaborate with the marketing team & management to ensure all video and graphic content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to improve the quality of work.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in video production and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Strong skills in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Expertise in video colour grading and typography.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in video editing and graphic design, preferably for an agency or brand.
- Solid understanding of video file formats, codecs, and resolutions.
- Knowledge of video production best practices, including lighting, sound, and camera work.
- Strong creative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English

Experience in digital marketing and social media content creation is a plus. We are looking for someone who can join us immediately and contribute to the growth of Qicpic by delivering high-quality visual content that drives engagement and results.
