**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update ledger entries and stock records.
- Manage staff attendance and basic HR records.
- Prepare, update, and maintain documents using **MS Office (Excel & Word)**.
- Handle **Vyapar billing software** for invoices and billing-related tasks.
- Assist with daily office operations and provide administrative support.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality in all office work.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel & Word)**.
- Knowledge of **Vyapar billing software**.
- Basic accounting/ledger maintenance skills.
- Moderate level of communication skills.
- Fast learner with good adaptability.
- Sincere, punctual, and hardworking.
