**Job Description - Admission Counselor**

**Location**: Noida
**Experience**: Minimum 6 months in counseling/sales/education industry
**Salary**: Up to ₹45,000 per month

**Qualification**: Graduation (mandatory)

**Skills**: Excellent English communication

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Counseling & Student Guidance**
- Interact with students and parents to provide **information about courses, eligibility, and career prospects**.
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable programs.
- Address queries related to admissions, course fees, and study options.

**Admission Process & Follow-ups**
- Convert leads into successful enrollments by building strong relationships.

**Sales & Target Achievement**
- Work towards **monthly admission targets** by engaging with potential students.
- Maintain a **database of inquiries and track conversions**.

**Collaboration & Reporting**
- Coordinate with internal teams for **admission process smoothness**.
- Maintain records and generate reports on student enrollments and inquiries.

**Key Requirements**:
**Minimum 6 months of experience** in admission counseling, sales, or the education sector.
**Graduation is mandatory**.
**Excellent communication skills in English** (written & spoken).
Ability to work in a **target-driven environment**.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
