Job Title: Admin Executive
Location: Jaipur
**Job Type**: Full-Time
Experience: 5-10 years core Retail
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Maintain and update customer databases using CRM software.
Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and service-related queries.
Support the sales team by managing leads, appointments, and follow-ups.
Ensure a seamless customer experience through timely communication and support.
Generate and analyze CRM reports to track customer engagement and sales performance.
2. Administrative Support:
Manage day-to-day office administration tasks.
Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Ensure smooth office operations by managing office supplies, equipment, and logistics.
3. Coordination & Reporting:
Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to enhance efficiency.
Prepare and maintain reports on sales, customer interactions, and office activities.
Assist in organizing company events, training, and meetings.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role, preferably with CRM experience.
**Skills**:Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and MS Office.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
