We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated **Investment Associate** to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.The role requires a strong understanding of financial markets, investment instruments, and client relationship management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Investment Research**: Conduct in-depth research and analysis on financial markets, investment opportunities, and asset classes, including equities, mutual funds, and fixed income.
- **Portfolio Management Support**: Assist in creating, monitoring, and rebalancing client investment portfolios to align with their risk tolerance and financial goals.
- **Financial Modeling**: Develop and maintain financial models to project investment returns and assess market scenarios.
- **Client Advisory**: Collaborate with senior advisors to prepare tailored investment recommendations for clients.
- **Reporting**: Generate detailed investment performance reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- **Due Diligence**: Perform due diligence on potential investments, including financial analysis and risk assessment.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all investment activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Exposure to mutual funds, equity analysis, or wealth management is preferred.
- **Certifications**: CFA Level 1 (preferred) or other relevant certifications such as CFP, NISM, etc.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in financial tools and software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
