**Sales Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competition.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

**Marketing Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvements.
- Coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and advertising activities.
- Collaborate with the product and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor and report on marketing trends, ROI, and analytics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM).
- Experience with content creation and social media management.
- Fluency in [Language(s), if relevant].
