Job Title: Accountant Executive(ROC Knowledge)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ROC Executive with expertise in Income Tax to join our dynamic Chartered Accountancy firm. As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing and ensuring compliance with Registrar of Companies (ROC) requirements while also contributing your proficiency in Income Tax matters.

*Responsibilities:*

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of Registrar of Companies (ROC) compliance for the firm and its clients.

2. Ensure timely filing of necessary documents, resolutions, and returns as required by ROC regulations.

3. Conduct due diligence and maintain accurate records related to ROC filings and compliance.

4. Stay updated on changes in ROC regulations, providing timely insights and recommendations to the firm.

5. Collaborate with Chartered Accountants to integrate ROC compliance seamlessly with overall financial practices.

6. Utilize expertise in Income Tax matters to assist in tax planning, compliance, and addressing client inquiries.

7. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline ROC-related processes.

*Qualifications:*

1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or related field.

2. In-depth knowledge and practical experience in handling ROC compliance matters.

3. Proficiency in income tax laws and regulations.

4. Previous experience working in a Chartered Accountancy firm.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

7. Effective communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration.

*Preferred Skills:*

1. Professional certifications related to ROC compliance and Income Tax.

2. Familiarity with digital platforms and tools for efficient ROC management.

3. Ability to adapt to changes in regulations and provide strategic guidance accordingly.
