We also help you find the best first and last-mile rides to get you to and from public transit stations. **Responsibilities** - Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions. - Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups. - Coach team members in Agile frameworks. - Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration - Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g., from customers or stakeholders) - Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests. - Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur. Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements. Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint. - Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity. - Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing. **Requirements**: - 4+ yrs Experience in a scrum master role - Experience with scrum tools like JIRA is mandatory - Familiarity with software development - Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement) - Good knowledge of other Agile framework - Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability - Outstanding organizational skill - Degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar field **Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Commuter assistance - Health insurance - Paid sick time - Work from home Schedule: - Day shift - Flexible shift Supplemental pay types: - Joining bonus - Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Kalyan Nagar,, Bengaluru - 560043, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Application Question(s): - We must fill this position urgently.
