**Job Title**: Clinical Research Trainer

**Job Type**: Full-time | Immediate Joiner

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver training sessions on Clinical Research concepts, processes, and industry standards.
- Conduct classroom and practical training for students and professionals.
- Develop, update, and maintain training modules, presentations, and course materials.
- Assess trainees’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with ICH-GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to ensure effective training outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Clinical Research domain.
- Strong knowledge of CR, clinical trial and regulatory Affair, Pharmacovigilance, Medical writing requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Should be available to join immediately.
