**Role Overview**:
The Clinical Research Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing training programs on clinical research methodologies, compliance, and best practices for students in an office-based setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver training modules on clinical research topics, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ethical guidelines, and trial management.
- Facilitate interactive workshops, webinars, and case studies to enhance student learning.
- Provide mentorship and support to students during their learning journey.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in clinical research to ensure curriculum relevance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a health-related field or clinical research.
- **Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research or trial management.**:

- Certification in GCP or related areas is preferred.
- **Strong communication and presentation skills with experience in adult education.**:

- Ability to work full-time from the office location.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
