**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Store Operations**:

- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing the store.
- Ensure the store maintains cleanliness, organization, and a pleasant shopping environment.
- Ensure proper stock rotation, labeling, and price tagging.
- **Staff Management**:

- Supervise store staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Delegate tasks and assign responsibilities to team members as needed.
- Handle employee queries and resolve conflicts within the team.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to update on sales targets and store goals.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Manage stock levels and inventory control to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Ensure timely reordering of merchandise and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
- Perform stock audits and keep accurate records of stock movement.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- **Sales & Customer Service**:

- Drive sales through exceptional customer service, ensuring all customer queries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Identify customer preferences and suggest products to meet their needs.
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to meet sales targets.
- **Reporting & Compliance**:

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and staffing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
- Assist in setting and achieving financial and operational KPIs.
- **Visual Merchandising**:

- Ensure that products are displayed according to company standards and guidelines.
- Plan and implement promotional displays to maximize sales.
- **Cash Handling**:

- Oversee cash management and ensure proper handling of transactions, including cash register balancing and safe deposits.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Retail, or related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in retail operations, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Good understanding of stock management, sales, and customer service principles.
