Educational Counsellor

**Job Title: Educational Counsellor**

Location: Satara (WFO)

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in education

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist students in understanding and selecting appropriate courses based on their goals and interests.
- Provide detailed information about our programs, admission process, and career opportunities.
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to address student queries and concerns.
- Follow up with potential leads and maintain a database of inquiries.
- Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, and educational fairs to promote our programs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement outreach strategies.
- Support students through the admission process and ensure a seamless experience.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in counselling or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Proficiency in MS Suite
- Knowledge of design & animation industry is a plus.
