**Job Description: Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manager - Solar Plant**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage the daily operations of the solar plant to ensure consistent energy production and system efficiency.
- Analyze plant performance metrics and prepare regular reports on energy production, efficiency, and downtime.
- Coordinate plant start-up and shut-down processes as needed.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for solar modules, inverters, transformers, and other equipment.
- Strong understanding of photovoltaic technology, electrical systems, and power plant operations.

**Educational Qualification**:Diploma or ITI (Electrical), or Engineering (Electrical)
