Requirement

We are looking for a Field Service Technician for small kitchen & home applinaces to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.

1. Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.

2. Managing all on site installation/demo, repair, maintenance and test tasks.

3. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide service and customer support during field visits

2. Manage all on site installation/Demo, repair, maintenance and test tasks

3. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions

4. Produce timely and detailed service reports,Document processes

5. Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols

6. Assist the technical team and share information across the organisation

7. Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings

8. Build positive relationships with customers

9. Testing and refurbish factory return products

10.Documenting installation and repairs

11. Provide onsite demo and customer education on how to use the product.

12. Managing the stock of spares/ replacement parts and retuen products

Requirements and skills

Proven Field Service experience in kitchen/home appliances/Electric cooker/Airfryer Oven/vacuum Cleaner /rechargeable blender /Fan etc

Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service the home appliances.

English literacy

Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules

Diploma or ITI

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Alandur, Chennai - 600100, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:
