**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging science lessons as per the curriculum (Physics, Chemistry, Biology or General Science depending on grade level).
- Design and implement assessments, lab activities, and experiments to evaluate student learning.
- Encourage critical thinking, inquiry-based learning, and scientific curiosity in students.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning for all students.
- Maintain accurate records of students’ academic performance and provide timely feedback.
- Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development activities.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in science education and integrate them into teaching practices.
- Ensure safety and proper conduct in science laboratories.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance interdisciplinary learning.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science (B.Sc./M.Sc.) with B.Ed.
- Proven experience teaching science at [Primary / Middle / Secondary / Higher Secondary] level
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with digital teaching tools, smart classrooms, or online platforms
- Innovative and student-centered teaching methods
