**Job Description**:
As an Industrial Tools and Machinery Trainer, your primary responsibility will be to recruit and train graduate freshers to become skilled professionals capable of effectively utilizing various industrial tools and machinery. This role involves instructing and mentoring individuals on the safe and efficient operation of equipment used in industries such as telecommunications, electrical, and renewable energy. You will play a crucial role in preparing them for real-world scenarios and ensuring they are industry-ready upon completion of training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment and Selection:

- Curriculum Development:

- Develop comprehensive training modules covering various industrial tools and machinery, including but not limited to splicing machines, tower climbing equipment, electrical lines, and solar panel structures.
- Design hands-on exercises and simulations to provide practical experience in tool operation and safety procedures.
- Training Delivery:

- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions to educate trainees on the proper usage of industrial tools and machinery.
- Demonstrate correct techniques and procedures for tasks such as splicing, tower climbing, and solar panel installation.
- Provide guidance on industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Safety and Compliance:

- Emphasize the importance of safety protocols and compliance with regulatory requirements during training sessions.
- Instill a safety-first mindset in trainees and ensure they understand the risks associated with their work environments.
- Skill Assessment and Feedback:

- Assess trainees' proficiency in using industrial tools and machinery through practical evaluations and tests.
- Provide constructive feedback and individualized coaching to help trainees improve their skills and address areas of weakness.
- Professional Development:

- Facilitate ongoing learning and skill enhancement opportunities to support trainees' career advancement.
- Stay updated on advancements in industrial technology and incorporate relevant updates into training programs.
- Collaboration:

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, industrial technology, or vocational education.
- Prior experience in industrial settings, particularly in roles involving the use of tools and machinery.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory requirements applicable to industrial operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach individuals with varying levels of experience and skill.
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate evolving training needs and industry trends.
- Certification or training credentials related to specific industrial tools and machinery (e.g., tower climbing certification, electrical safety training) preferred
