Develop, manage implement communicate and maintain a quality plan. 2. Effectively interact with Technical, Development and Production Team. 3. Assisting technicians for checking patterns/specification and construction. 4. Supervise in handling of sample evaluation and production approval. 5. Monitored QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data, 6. Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly 7. Provide enough quality control seminars and coaching for company trainees/ teams 8. Ensuring all Quality & machine maintenance and also proper utilized MMR (Man to Machine Ratio) 9. To conduct pre-production meeting, 10. Doing in-line inspection to check quality 11. Follow up pre-final inspection 12. To keep all necessary documents and quality SOP (Standard Operation Procedures) 13. Lead all quality staff and GPQ (Guideline for Production and Quality) 14. Ultimately ensure final product quality 15. Support with required details during internal and external audits of the company. 16. Assist and provide inputs to the fabric, production and purchase teams regarding the Quality production accessories and other raw materials. 17. Timely submit the quality report to the management to maintain continuous total quality of products.
