- High Level of Engagement with Rural Authorized Persons (RAPs) and Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) by visiting them round the month
- Handling the whole sales process with personal sales targets
- Organizing District level workshop for VLE and RAPs
- Responsible for Training and Motivation to CSC-VLE for successful IRDAI Examination completion
- Liasoning with CSC e District Managers (eDM) across state.
- Constantly searching for new VLEs and their conversion into Raps
- Scheduling Sales calls and meeting with CSC-VLE/RAPs/eDMs
- Following Competitors Actions and Activities and suitable actions accordingly
- Interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth operations and claims experience to customers
