We are looking to hire a committed and results-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our team on urgent basis.

Skill / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Any Discipline) B.C.A /M.C.A will be preferred
- Computer and Internet Knowledge with good English communication

Job Responsibilities
- Working in US/Canada Time Zones
- fluency in English for Verbal and Written Communication with Global clients.
- Experience in collaborating with marketing and Branding Departments/Teams and aligning Recruitment/Staffing Strategy
- Blend of in-house recruiting experience and agency experience(i.e Naukri, Indeed ) is desired.
- Social Media recruiting experience strongly desired.
- Experience in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Internet surfing experience is required.
- Communication skills both written and verbal
- Comfortable operating with a customer centric mindset and strong sense of urgency
- Ability to learn quickly and deal with competing activities/tasks with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with LinkedIn Networking is preferred

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift
