**Job Title**:

- ** Research & Development (R&D) Executive

**Minimum Qualification**: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry or related field

**Job Summary**:
The R&D Executive will oversee research activities, develop knowledge-based products, and enhance existing formulations. They will design and execute experiments, analyze data, and contribute to process improvements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and execute chemical reactions as per managerial discussions.
- Set up and manage reaction setups, glassware, and conditions.
- Conduct lab-scale synthesis, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain detailed records and report findings to management.
- Utilize online resources for research and maintain documentation in MS Office.
- Support process scale-up, commercial production, and troubleshooting.
- Develop SOPs and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Work with SAP for data management.
- Collaborate with QC for testing and analysis.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Hands-on experience in laboratory batch setup and process development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with flexible timing.
- Knowledge of industry safety standards and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
