Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy:
Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to our website.

Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential keywords for optimization.

Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.

Provide recommendations for on-page and off-page optimization to enhance website visibility.

Content Optimization:
Collaborate with content creators to ensure all website content is optimized for search engines and user engagement.

Review and edit content for SEO best practices, including meta tags, headers, and keyword density.

Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and Google algorithm updates to adapt strategies accordingly.

Technical SEO:
Perform regular website audits to identify technical issues that may impact search engine rankings, such as broken links, site speed, and mobile-friendliness.

Implement technical optimizations to improve website performance and user experience.

Link Building:
Develop and execute a link-building strategy to acquire high-quality backlinks from relevant and authoritative websites.

Identify outreach opportunities and build relationships with potential link partners.

Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, and other relevant metrics using tools like Google Analytics and SEO software.

Create regular reports to track the progress of SEO campaigns and provide insights to stakeholders.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the content, social media, and design teams to align digital marketing efforts and create cohesive campaigns.

Provide guidance on SEO best practices to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in digital marketing and SEO roles.

In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices.

Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, etc.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for digital campaigns.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
