Job Title: Digital Marketing Expert

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and social media platforms.

Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to maximize ROI.

Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings.

Create and manage engaging content for social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and provide regular reports to management.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement innovative strategies to keep the company ahead of the competition.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the design and content teams, to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

Identify new opportunities for digital marketing growth and lead experimental initiatives to test new channels and tactics.

Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies and vendors, ensuring that deliverables are met within budget and timeline.

Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards related to digital marketing activities and ensure all campaigns adhere to legal requirements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Hootsuite, SEMrush, and Mailchimp.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results and achieving marketing objectives.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus.

A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the industry.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to Relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Relocate before starting work (required)
