As an Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of events by providing coordination and support to the Event Manager and Event Planner. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among various stakeholders, vendors, and team members throughout the event planning and execution process.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Event Manager and Event Planner in developing event concepts, themes, and objectives.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, transportation, accommodations, and equipment rentals.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for donors, and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing updates as needed.
- Create and maintain event timelines, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and financial targets.
- Coordinate staffing requirements, including recruiting, training, and scheduling event staff and volunteers.
- Oversee on-site event setup, implementation, and breakdown, ensuring all elements are executed according to plan.
- Resolve any issues or concerns that arise during events promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist with post-event activities, such as gathering feedback, evaluating event success, and preparing post-event reports.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a proactive attitude towards resolving challenges.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
