1.Supervisor is responsible for all order and crane management.
2.Managing Crane Operator and Helper via coordinating with them.
3.Educating all operators and helpers about system, rules, safety measures etc.
4.Taking care of all orders and make sure every order should done on right time and generating challan for every single order and update account department on time.
5.Supervise all cranes via crane audits reports and inform all breakdowns to Maintenance Engineer and Higher authority.
6.Ensures safe operations of equipment.
7.Organize and coordinates activities and staff schedules, ensuring fulfillment goals are met and that shipments are timely accurate and undamaged.
8.Collaborate with managers and other departments to develops and modify crane management procedure and process.
9.Performs other related duties as assigned.
10.Helping to resolve operator’s issues and disputes.

11. Supervise all the operations of operator and customer.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Aundh, Pune, Maharashtra, Pune - 411007, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
