**Job Title: Agricultural Advisor**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Agricultural Advisor to support farmers in improving their agricultural practices and achieving better productivity. This role involves conducting farm visits, evaluating current techniques, and delivering customized, actionable recommendations to increase crop yields and promote sustainable farming.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Offer professional advice on crop cultivation, irrigation systems, fertilizer use, and pest management.
- Assist in creating comprehensive farm management plans that boost efficiency, maximize resource utilization, and maintain environmental responsibility.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Practical experience in agriculture, farm operations, or agricultural consulting.
- Strong understanding of crop management, soil health, and pest control strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication abilities, with a capacity to engage with individuals from various backgrounds.
- Self-driven and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Basic proficiency in computer usage.
- **Fluency in Marathi is required.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
