**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and process invoices, delivery challans, and other billing documents accurately.
- Verify purchase orders, delivery notes, and pricing before generating invoices.
- Ensure timely and error-free billing to customers and vendors.
- Maintain proper records of all billing transactions and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure accurate billing data.
- Handle billing queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Update and maintain billing records in SAP systems.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Experience: 0-2 years in billing (**manufacturing industry preferred**).
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Knowledge of SAP (**preferred**) or other ERP systems.
- Soft Skills:

- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a manufacturing plant billing process.

**Work Environment**:

- On-site role in a manufacturing plant setting.
- May require extended hours during month-end or audit periods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
