**Responsibilities**:
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials on various soft skills topics, including communication skills, presentation skills, leadership development, teamwork, time management, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives.
- Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars to individuals or groups, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques, such as role-playing, group discussions, case studies, and multimedia presentations.
- Provide guidance and practical strategies to improve participants' soft skills, including active listening, effective communication, emotional intelligence, and professional behavior.
- Assess participants' progress and skill development through evaluations, quizzes, and practical exercises.
- Tailor training content and approaches to meet the specific needs of different audience segments, such as entry-level employees, managers, or senior executives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in soft skills development and corporate etiquette.
- Provide one-on-one coaching or mentoring to individuals seeking to improve specific soft skills or address professional challenges.
- Maintain accurate training records and reports, including attendance, evaluations, and training effectiveness.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback and performance outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, organizational psychology, communications).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a soft skills trainer or similar role, preferably in a corporate or professional training environment.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- In-depth knowledge of soft skills concepts, theories, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of corporate etiquette and professionalism in business settings.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering effective soft skills training programs.
- Ability to adapt training content to different levels of participants and industries.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport and build relationships with participants.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple training initiatives.
- Proficient in using multimedia tools and learning management systems.
- Certification or advanced training in soft skills development or training facilitation is a plus.
