**Role Description**:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru. As a Student Recruitment Manager at

UNIABROAD, you will be responsible for managing student recruitment strategies and

initiatives. You will develop and implement recruitment plans, identify target markets, build

relationships with schools and universities, and oversee recruitment events and campaigns. You

will collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content and collateral, and work

closely with admissions teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process for students. Additionally,

you will collaborate with partners to recruit students for allocated abroad universities and explain

the unique offerings of these universities to our partners.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective student recruitment strategies and plans.

2. Identify and target potential markets for student recruitment.

3. Build and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and educational partners.

4. Organize and execute recruitment events and campaigns to attract prospective students.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotional materials.

6. Work closely with admissions teams to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment process for

students.

7. Collaborate with partners to recruit students for allocated abroad universities.

8. Explain the unique offerings and benefits of partner universities to stakeholders.

9. Utilize CRM systems and recruitment software to manage and analyze recruitment data.

10. Meet and exceed recruitment targets and goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Prior experience in student recruitment or admissions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the education system and admissions processes.
- Experience organizing and executing recruitment events.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and recruitment software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- A graduate from an international university will have an advantage.
