- Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by verifying entered information.
- Perform regular quality checks to identify and correct data discrepancies.
- Use shorthand for quick note-taking during meetings or while transcribing documents.
- Retrieve and manage data for reports as needed by different departments.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with discretion.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Typing speed**: Minimum of 60-80 words per minute with 95% accuracy.
- **Shorthand proficiency** (ability to take fast and accurate notes).
- Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).

Pay: ₹13,414.26 - ₹18,000.00 per month
