Perform the Internal and external rejection analysis for every rejection code discuss in Knowledge sharing sessions and ensure prevention of rejections maintaining quality KPI Communicate with the SMEs ATA leaders in AIRBUS as required to ensure the quality KPI?s are met Perform reviews & validations and follow the review cycles to ensure the Right First time Visualize/create images mark-ups additional information / instruction to Illustrators Able to guide the team with latest guidelines better / smarter way to do Authoring Illustrating Ability to understand and manage the priorities and Publishing cycle Ability to perform Quality reviews as per AIRBUS Standards Demonstratable ability to do 5 Why Analysis Implement corrective and preventive action Able to Conduct Knowledge sharing and training sessions for Authoring team
