**What you’ll be doing**

As the Sales Head in the IT field, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients. Your primary goal will be to drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction while ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives and values.- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives- Lead and manage the sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management- Set sales targets and KPIs for the team and track performance against goals.- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company's customer base- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop sales collateral, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients to close deals and drive revenue growth- Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, including insights into sales performance, pipeline, and trends- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales processes, enhance team productivity, and increase efficiency- Stay informed about the company's products, services, and solutions, and effectively communicate their value proposition to clients- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and generate lead- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and ethical standards

**What we require**- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)- 8 to 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the IT industry- Previous experience in a leadership or management role, with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Willingness to travel as needed

**You Stand Out**:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field- Certification in sales or leadership (e.g., Certified Sales Professional, Certified Sales Executive)- Knowledge of the IT industry, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies- Experience with account-based selling and enterprise sales- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Solution Selling or Challenger Sale- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex sales cycles
