**Responsibilities**
As a Project Coordinator at our company, you will provide essential support to project managers in coordinating and managing multiple projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting project managers in coordinating multiple projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing project documentation, and tracking project progress.
- Communicating project updates and timelines to team members and stakeholders across various projects.
- Supporting project managers in identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies across multiple projects.
- Maintaining project files and documentation for multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assisting in managing project budgets and expenses across various projects.
- Acting as a liaison between project teams, clients, and external vendors for multiple projects.
- Providing administrative support to the project management team across various projects as needed.
**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in project coordination or a related field
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and adeptness in multitasking
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
