**Role Overview**: Join our dynamic architectural team and contribute to innovative residential and commercial projects from planning to execution.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Design & Execution**: Assist in planning and supervising building construction activities.
- **Drawings & Technical Docs**: Draft architectural, structural, and compliance-ready drawings.
- **MEP Services Coordination**: Layout preparation for plumbing, electrical, and service systems.
- **Architectural Detailing**: Prepare working drawings in line with industry standards.
- **BOQ & Estimation**: Support in preparing quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and resource planning.
- **Site-Level Coordination**: Communicate with vendors, engineers, and on-site teams to monitor quality and progress.

**Skills & Expertise Needed**:

- Hands-on with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp & design software
- Familiarity with construction techniques and building regulations
- Detail-oriented with site supervision and execution
