**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate project management ceremonies, including planning sessions, daily stand-ups, progress reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to project management best practices.
- Coach and mentor the development team on project management methodologies, helping them to self-organize and improve their productivity.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, and deliverables.
- Assist the team in breaking down complex tasks into actionable components, ensuring clear understanding and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor and track project progress, addressing any impediments or issues that may hinder the team's productivity.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members, stakeholders, and other project managers within the organization.
- Promote transparency by maintaining and updating project metrics, such as progress charts, milestones, and team capacity.
- Identify and address potential risks and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and mínimal impact on project timelines.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in project management methodologies, contributing to the continuous improvement of project management practices within the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in a software development environment.
- Basic understanding of how software development works (SDLC) to work well with technical teams.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel is required
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with project management methodologies.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering software projects using project management best practices.
- Excellent leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to guide and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly desired.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring teams on project management best practices.
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is a plus.
