**Broad Function**:

- We are seeking an experienced **Scrum Master with a minimum of 3+ years of experience** with a strong foundation in Agile practices, software development processes, and project management. In this role, you will not only facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on agile methodologies but also take responsibility for managing and delivering projects on time, within scope, and in alignment with business objectives - all while demonstrating strong leadership skills. An understanding of AI tools and techniques will be beneficial in supporting AI-related initiatives.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for onshore and offshore teams.
- Ensure that teams follow Scrum best practices, are focused on delivering value, and continuously improve.
- Coach and mentor the development team on project management methodologies to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, and deliverables.
- Take responsibility for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality requirements are met.
- Assist in breaking down complex tasks into actionable components with clear acceptance criteria.
- Identify and eliminate impediments to team progress for successful sprint delivery.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, and facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and project managers.
- Maintain project metrics for transparency and update progress charts, milestones, and team capacity.
- Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies to ensure timely resolution and mínimal impact on project timelines.
- Stay informed about industry trends to contribute to the improvement of project management practices.
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaboration in development teams to ensure that AI models, tools, and solutions are aligned with overall project goals.
- Leverage knowledge of AI technologies to help teams integrate AI capabilities into their deliverables, when applicable.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software, including managing environments, pipelines, and automation processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in a software development setting.
- Familiarity with AI tools and AI-related projects.
- Knowledge on how to create and manage sprints dashboards projects boards etc.
- Proficient in project management methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Capable of collaborating effectively with geographically dispersed teams.
- Demonstrated success in delivering software projects using project management best practices.
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with stakeholders across all levels.
- Possession of Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Experience in coaching and guiding teams on project management best practices.
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project)
- Solid understanding of software development processes, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and software lifecycle management.
- An ability to navigate technical discussions and help teams make technical decisions aligned with project goals.
