**Job Title**: Sales Executive
**Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, etc.).
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
- Research and identify new business opportunities in target markets.
- **Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations**:
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients.
- Customize presentations to address the unique needs and concerns of each client.
- Clearly explain the benefits and features of the product/service.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- **Negotiation & Closing Sales**:
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with clients to finalize sales deals.
- Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Close sales effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the sales team and management about potential improvements or new opportunities.
- Stay informed about product updates and market demands.
- **Sales Reporting & Documentation**:
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets.
- Report on sales performance, trends, and forecasts to management.
- Maintain a well-organized database of customer information and follow-up schedules.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork**:
- Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to ensure a seamless sales experience.
- Participate in regular sales meetings to share insights and strategies with the team.
- Contribute to team goals and overall company objectives.
- **Customer Service & Support**:
- Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by clients after the sale.
- Help resolve product or service-related inquiries in a timely manner.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
