**Job Title**: ER Physician (Emergency Medicine Specialist)

**Department**: Emergency Department
**Location**: RevivePlus Multi-Speciality Hospital, Moti Nagar, Hyderabad
**Experience**: 1-5 years preferred

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide immediate medical attention to critically ill or injured patients.
- Perform rapid clinical assessments and initiate life-saving interventions.
- Coordinate with specialists, surgeons, radiologists, and nursing staff for patient management.
- Order diagnostic tests (e.g., X-rays, CT scans, lab tests) and interpret results promptly.
- Administer treatments such as medication, IV fluids, wound suturing, and airway management.
- Triage patients according to severity and ensure timely intervention.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and timely medical documentation and treatment records.
- Ensure smooth transition of patient care to the appropriate department (ICU, ward, OT, etc.).
- Respond to medical emergencies within the hospital (Code Blue, Code Red, etc.).
- Participate in emergency drills, CME programs, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

**ualifications**:

- MBBS with valid medical council registration (mandatory).
- Postgraduate qualification in Emergency Medicine, General Medicine, or Critical Care (preferred).

**Skills Required**:

- Strong clinical judgement and ability to work under pressure.
- Quick decision-making and excellent diagnostic abilities.
- Proficiency in emergency procedures (intubation, central line, defibrillation, etc.).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented and capable of working in high-stress environments.
